In January 2020, I'm not a better version of myself from January 2019,
\nmy FTP is lower,
\nour sporting ambitions have disappeared somewhere,
\nthe prize shelf has not grown,
\nkilos came
\nI stopped looking at others
\nI sold a trainer, a time trial, the foam got dusty,<\/p>\n

I reached G\u00f3ra Kalwaria 14 times,
\nof which 10 just to eat a cake,
\nI 'lost' 879 hours on sport,
\nclimbing Everest over 18 times,
\nbut I saw a lot
\nI've done a lot of stupid stuff
\nand I do not regret it<\/p>\n

\n& #8230; while you can, because no one knows what will happen in a year or three<\/p>\n

For the first time on a bicycle I freeze so much that I can't ride straight.
