You can say that feelings, that health and stuff, but that&#039;s a lie. Without food, it dies, and if you eat it badly or unpalatably, you are unhappy. Dot. Even the cavemen knew that there was no driving without fuel ... or something like that.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">The gratuities are falling apart<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I got a book from my friends&nbsp;<a class=\"_2wma\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bikeandcook\/?ref=page_internal\">Bike &amp; Cook - Culinary Biker guide<\/a>&nbsp;a week before its official premiere. They created it and thanks to them I know what work is required to write these several hundred pages, and then decorate them with still pictures. I thought that during the promotion I would write about it an entry: as usual, I started by reviewing my photo archive, which currently has about 1.2TB, and I will look for something related to food. I quickly understood what a great hypocrisy I would show myself by writing a text about healthy eating. Would you trust a guy who eats like me? Take a look at the examples:<\/p>\n<p>Once we rode with Kacper after the Slovak Paradise - in the middle of winter, cross-country, about 8 hours. Adventure like any - we ended in the middle of the night, without lights, lurking with the remnants of strength and grip to the car. As you know, stores in Slovakia are a scarce commodity, and open on Sundays is a real freak of nature. It is not difficult to guess how our after-shop shopping looks like when we fall into a first calorie store deficit on the way back. However, if your imagination is not so lush, then:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hopcycling.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/P2280635.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8262 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/hopcycling.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/P2280635.jpg\" width=\"3000\" height=\"1430\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On the way, of course, we also try to eat. I do not like to stand in pubs: I either go or sit. While sitting and silting, a man changes temperature, sweats, feet become wooden and everything is bad at all. Starting the break after the tour is like the first spring training. The first 50 kilometers are upwind and after the turning it turns out that it was not up to the wind. You probably think that for a few hours of driving in the cold we prepare ourselves a day before decent ricecakes (beautifully called in rice pylles), home-made isotonics of the highest class and everything is beautifully planned at all. Almost ... I usually take a candy bar, and if I get a forced stop, I eat something like:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hopcycling.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/P2280606.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8263\" src=\"http:\/\/hopcycling.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/P2280606.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"1752\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As you can see - the style is. Well, everybody used to have times, that is either a decent shade for shoes or a decent trip to the mountains: this dilemma is weak, but the decision is simple. There is nothing better than the mountains.<\/p>\n<p>And regardless of the season, during most of our stops, the main priority (of course, besides filling the belly with 5 kcal less than the value causing discomfort while driving) is: do not look like a homeless person. We have hundreds of such photos, no matter if we are traveling 150 or 300 kilometers. After dinner, you go to the store, buy oatmeal, chocolate and rice wafers to eat. Because, unfortunately, kebabs are not as popular everywhere as in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>If there is such a triangle as in the case of work, that the food can be a lot, it can be cheap (interchangeably for: quickly cooked) or good, but never all together. In this case, I always choose: MUCH, and the rest does not matter. Because you have to drive <del>ride<\/del> eat, and after training you have to eat, so as not to disappear. Here the problem mentioned at the beginning appears. How should I evaluate or describe a book that explains how an athlete should eat, if domestic cooking is limited to salads and cereals in a thousand and three ways.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Diet for living arrangements<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I have already discarded the diets I have laid down a long time ago - I am not able to predict on Monday morning whether I will do 200 or 800 kilometers a week. I also gave up unnecessary weight reduction when I noticed that it did not have too much effect on driving. Not only that, when I weigh more, I ride better (in the season it is about 68-69kg, in winter up to 75kg at 188cm). That&#039;s why I try to limit only the amount of sweets and crisps (the key word is in this sentence <em>I try<\/em>), and the rest I consume without restrictions. Such the most healthy-reasonable diet. But let&#039;s go back to the book.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hopcycling.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/DSC04312.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8273\" src=\"http:\/\/hopcycling.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/DSC04312.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"1689\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Let me put it plainly - we have had a book for almost a week and we have not prepared a single dish. We went through it all and read all the &quot;periphery&quot; texts. Every day I repeat myself that we will prepare something from it tomorrow because the recipes look great. This is the first major advantage: this book is pretty. As we know, books are bought either to read them, or to look nice on a shelf or as a gift (so in total they also look like only to someone) - so it has to look good. In this picture, it looks like when I come back from the bike I want to eat paper. In my opinion, it could be in a larger format and hard cover, but Panda claims that it would no longer be handy in the kitchen. You can see who uses books for what.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">I&#039;m cooking you very quickly. Breakfast I do in the evening ...<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Because, unfortunately, sensible food requires planning. Experienced in the kitchen claim that they do not spend much time in it, but it is not true. The beginnings and building of appropriate habits and habits is difficult and time-consuming. Just going to the store requires a list, instead of compulsively throwing it into the basket. I can not imagine preparing 5 different meals for the next day. It would probably make it even worse if I did not have to go to work. I know people who are so capable and envious - I do not want to waste time. It&#039;s like rice-sticks - I would like to eat them in training, but the fact that I have to collect the ingredients, prepare them earlier and sensibly pack always overcomes me. It is a pity, because gels are cool, but only up to a point. On long races, the level of gluing with sticky pigs makes it bad at the thought of drinking them with isotonics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hopcycling.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/DSC02169.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8275\" src=\"http:\/\/hopcycling.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/DSC02169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"1461\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Does this mean that the book will not help us? Of course, I do not say this only because I got it for free and I feel obliged to properly advertise it. First of all, the authors raise general food issues (macronutrients or composition of meals), answer interesting questions (eg why breakfast is important or how much you need to eat). Secondly: examples of meals divided into sections before, during training will teach us how a balanced meal should look like, and even if we do not make them from exactly the ingredients recommended - still the meal will be more valuable than the one made on the feel . Common rules for given groups do not change. Thirdly, the most important for me: it is a source of culinary inspiration. I watch dishes, remember the look and can later play them more or less accurately in the future. Even more often, we open the book together and browse the pages until we hit the picture, which makes us realize that we want to eat the dish ... and go to the pub that serves it. Because I probably wrote it already, but the pictures are great, and there is nothing worse than saying: <em>I feel like something, but I do not know what<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Can I chew this page?<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Examples are: energy bars without baking, bean paste with vegetables, coconut pudding with blueberries, chicken meatballs with lemon grass, beets with beans, lentil soup with feta cheese, pasta with parsley and rucola pesto, avocado brownie, tapenade from green olives, kale with cabbage and apple, omelette with vegetables and so on ... I have to go eat something. Most dishes probably require some habits to fill them up. I probably would have to make a sandwich for them ;-)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Periodical texts (that is, general about food) are minimalist wonderful. It means that they have just as many letters and content as you should know as a decent minimum, but that&#039;s enough for the topic to get us involved. The next step is for example <em>Start Weight<\/em> Matt Fitzgerald, which requires a little more focus. Can not we find all this information on the internet? Sure we will find. On the internet we can find every information - even that chemtrails exist and are harmful. That&#039;s why on the internet I try to read only tested profiles, and there are not many such profiles. I Like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dsportowa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sports nutrition<\/a> on the Internet, but mainly because the authors ask very interesting questions there, and then they answer in such a way that I completely do not understand it, supported by a bibliography, the listing of which is often longer than the article itself.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hopcycling.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/GOPR5636.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8280\" src=\"http:\/\/hopcycling.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/GOPR5636.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"1387\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The biggest drawback of most books is the assumption that the reader knows the basics of cooking. As a man from the IT department, I do not like unclear messages like: <em>a little<\/em>, <em>until it&#039;s soft<\/em>, whether <em>to blush<\/em>. In Bike &amp; Cook, most annoying statements were avoided, but not all of them. It scrolls many times <em>put in the oven for X minutes<\/em>For me it means more or less the same as putting things in the washing machine. At the time when the washing machine had one program, maybe it made sense. Now, when there are 15 programs, and everyone with different speeds, temperatures and other parameters I do not know - life is hard. The oven is also heavy - both figuratively and literally.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the regulations are, however, to be grasped by the average gifted preschooler. Ba, some of them have two sentences. Practically the entire section of isotonics comes down to &quot;collect everything and mix it up&quot;. Is it wrong? Of course not. Simple things are the best.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">A new day, a new me<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Healthy food is now <em>trends<\/em>, <em>jazzy<\/em>, <em>foxy<\/em> and in general. Instagram is bent under the load of photos of breakfasts, granola, omelettes, desserts and cakes. A healthy lifestyle probably has never been as popular as it is now. If you want to do dishes that will collect likes or just want to improve your performance or appearance - buy this book ... well, from the purchase of the book, just like buying power measurement, no one has become a master, but it&#039;s a great first step to a new, better life ;-)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Life is the most important thing in life.
